I hold an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling (BACP Accredited Course). I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I have completed the accreditation process with a current of status of Counsellor/Psychotherapist. I am currently able to see clients face-to-face in Olney/Bucks. I also offer online sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Confidentiality is a very important aspect of the counselling relationship. Everything that is discussed in the counselling session is kept in the strictest of confidence. In our initial assessment, I will talk you through the details within the contract and will ask you to sign it as confirmation that you have read and agree with the content. To maintain a rigorous, professional practice, and as required by the British Association of Counselling Practitioners (BACP), brief factual notes will be made after each session, anonymised, and securely stored, so that you would not be identified by these notes.

Cancellation of an appointment with less than 24 hours notice or failure to show will be charged the full session rate. I am however aware that unforseen circumstances may result in cancelling at short notice, and where possible I will always try to accomodate a new appointment within the same week.

I am a BACP accredited counsellor/psychotherapist. This is a requirement for many insurance companies and I can provide certification to evidence this if required. My BACP membership number is 00799280.
